Points System

How points are calculated in the Calis League leaderboard

points = Σ(values) × tier × bwCoeff × ageCoeff × sexCoeff × heightCoeff*
values = reps or hold time (seconds) per set, summed across all sets
tier = exercise difficulty multiplier (see below)
bwCoeff = (bodyWeight + addedWeight − assist) / 68
ageCoeff = bonus for older athletes (see below)
sexCoeff = ×2.0 for female athletes
heightCoeff* = height / 170 — lever arm bonus, applied only on lever exercises
Default (no profile set): points = Σ(values) × tier
All coefficients default to ×1.0. Set your age, sex, height and body weight in your profile to unlock personalized scoring.

Body Weight Coefficient

Added weight (vest, belt) bonifies your score, while assistance (bands) applies a penalty. The coefficient is based on a 68 kg reference athlete weight.

bwCoeff = (bodyWeight + addedWeight − assist) / 68
Full Planche 3s — no load (68 kg)
3 × 10 × 1.00
30 pts
Full Planche 3s — +5 kg
3 × 10 × 1.07
32 pts
Full Planche 3s — −15 kg assist
3 × 10 × 0.78

10 Pull Ups — +10 kg (68 kg athlete)
10 × 1 × 1.15
12 pts

Age Coefficient

Older athletes earn a bonus — mastering calisthenics skills becomes increasingly harder with age.

AgeCoefficientBonus
Under 30×1.0
30 – 39×1.1+10%
40 – 49×1.25+25%
50+×1.4+40%

Set your age in your profile to activate this bonus.

Sex Coefficient

Female athletes earn a ×2.0 bonus to account for the upper-body strength difference in calisthenics. A female athlete performing the same skill as a male athlete is proportionally stronger relative to her baseline.

SexCoefficient
Male×1.0
Female×2.0

Set your sex in your profile to activate this bonus.

Height Coefficient (lever exercises only)

For lever exercises (planche, front lever, human flag…), a taller athlete has a longer lever arm and must overcome significantly more torque. The reference height is 170 cm (average competitive calisthenics athlete).

heightCoeff = height (cm) / 170
Only applied on: planche variants, front lever variants, human flag, planche presses, combos.
